11am gatherings & Alpha

11am gatherings

In line with government restrictions, we are encouraging small groups to gather fortnightly after our 9.30am in an outdoor place, to share in communion, prayer and fellowship.

As of the 15th of November we will be moving towards gathering in groups of 50 at three locations around the Bellarine, adjacent to places of worship. If you aren’t currently attending CBtB, are visiting or not in a small group we would love for you to join us! Please email Fiona at office@churchbythebay.com and we will find a location for you to attend.

To be able to partake in communion, you will need to bring your own communion elements along (piece of bread/roll/cracker and some juice). We are unable to supply any communal elements due to covid restrictions.

Alpha courses are open to anyone who wants to unpack the basics of Christian belief, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us”. Along with a time of hospitality and discussion each week. To register click here. To find out more go to https://www.alpha.org.au/try , and check out the videos below of some local people who have recently completed an Alpha course and their testimonies.

If you or someone you know may be interested in doing an Alpha course, please register your interest at office@churchbythebay.com for a future course.
