EASTER Service Times:

Is Easter more than a fairytale?

Thursday night – Betrayal – 8:30pm-9:30pm @Church by the bay
This service takes you through Jesus’ last meal before he’s crucified.  At that meal Jesus speaks about his betrayal, eventually taking his disciples  to the Gethsemane garden where Jesus is betrayed, arrested and taken.  You’ll be left with a strong sense of the abandonment Jesus felt as his friends deserted him and he looks towards his death.
Friday Morning – Good Friday – 9:00am-10:00am @Church by the bay.
Evidence for Jesus resurrection. How do we know that Jesus really died and if he did why did he?
Sunday – Resurrection Morning – 11am @Port Pier Park  (If the weather is no good we’ll be at the church building)
Infant dedications and baptisms.  Followed by lamb spit roast lunch.  Bring a chair (its its in the park).
We’ll also briefly explore the evidence for Jesus resurrection. If Jesus did die and rise again from the dead what implications does this have for your life?
