Life groups are the smallest gathering of believers, as few as two and up to a dozen. They are the life blood of the church and are focused on living out
the gospel.

The Gospel means good news, and if you are not sure what the gospel is, it\u2019s key to understanding who Jesus is and how to find life through him. We have got a simple video that explains what the gospel is, you can access this here<\/a>.

In summing up what it means to follow Jesus, he gave us two commands and one commission:

Love God. \u201cJesus replied. \u2019Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.\u2019\u201d Matthew 22:37

Love others. \u201cA new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.\u201d John 13:34.

Sharing the gospel. \u201cAll authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.\u201d Matthew 28:18-20.

Our life groups are vital to us living out these commands. They give us a supportive place to love God. They are places where we can love each other through the different challenges of life. And finally, are places were we can \u201cgo\u201d from, taking the Gospel out in both actions and words.
